Renjena + Brandon | Boho Inspired wedding | Sutliff Cider Wedding

Renjena and Brandon met 3 years ago on Labor Day weekend at a friend’s house. The next day Renjena and Brandon went on a date and the rest was history! These two showed so much love and affection for each other their wedding day, actually thoughout the whole planning process. Every time we met for coffee they were holding hands and kissing each other on the cheek. You could just tell they were in love. Brandon and Renjena enjoy drinking wine and watching movies together, but of course they also love waterparks and rollercoaster. They are always up for an adventure!

Renjena reached out to me back in January after she found me on facebook. She needed help bringing her vision to life. Renjena loved picking out gifts for the wedding party and of course the décor. Brandon was all about the food from Amos Deans (YUM!). Renjena wanted a boho wedding, including her very own outdoor boho lounge. To make it happen Renjena and Brandon drove all over Iowa to collect the vintage pieces to reflect their own personalities. Together, they decided to get married at Sutliff Cider on June 1st.

On the night before the wedding, Renjena and Brandon’s family took part in a traditional Mehndi celebration which included food, dancing and henna. The weather forecast on their wedding day called for a 60% chance of thunderstorms and rain, but luckily the rain and storms held off for us! Brandon and Renjena wrote their own personal vows that they shared in front of their families and friends, and there was not a single dry eye in the crowd by the time they were done sharing. For their unity ceremony, Renjena and Brandon chose to do an anniversary box that included a bottle of wine, their vows, and a letter from each of them to read on their one year anniversary. After they said their I do’s and Brandon kissed his lovely bride they took a shot together and enjoyed the evening!
