full service planning + design

We will walk you through the entire planning process from start to finish. From finding the perfect wedding venue to bringing your dream wedding to life to helping you down the aisle on your special day. We will be with you every step of the way while providing helpful resources, an online planning system, and we help manage every little detail so nothing is overlooked. This package is perfect for someone that wants a professional to walk through the planning process with them.

    • Coordination of all event design items: floral, decor, linens, stationary, rentals, etc.

    • Initial design meeting

    • Design mock up

    • Stationery design meeting

    • Venue walk through

    • 25+ page event design blueprint breaking down all design elements (floral, ceremony, reception, rentals, stationery, etc.)

    • Stationery design includes: a full wedding invitation suite, ceremony stationery, reception stationery

    • Full layout creation with digital mockups

    on the weekend of

    • Unlimited hours of coordination with three HJE team members

    • A detailed comprehensive timeline

    • Custom timelines for your family + bridal party

    • Coordinate details + times with vendors

    • Point of contact for vendors on the day of + leading up to the wedding

    • Conducts ceremony rehearsal

    • Three virtual/in-person meetings in the three months leading up to your wedding; one being a walk-through of your venue to discuss timeline and other logistical items

partial planning + design

This package is perfect for a couple that wants to be involved in the planning process but needs some assistance with design, coordination, and planning. If you have the logistics down but want to leave the styling and day-of orchestration to us, partial planning is a great fit! We will begin the process with you 6-12 months before your wedding with a lead planner from our team. You can pick and choose what you need help with and we will guide you through the planning process.

    • 10-15 hours of planning to be used for whatever you need help with; vendor research, consulting, design, budget analysis, etc.

    • Creation of wedding budget

    • Assistance with vendor communication

    • Review + negotiate contracts

    • Access to our preferred vendors list

    • Access to our client portal with checklists, questions, and more to guide you in your planning process

    event design

    • Coordination of all event design items: floral, décor, linens, stationery, rentals, etc.

    • Mock up 45-90 days prior to your wedding date

    • Up to 3 design meetings throughout the wedding planning process; one upon booking and one 45-60 days out

    • An event design blueprint breaking down all of the design elements present in your wedding day (floral, rentals, stationery, etc.)

    • Creation of floor plan + layout
