Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment according to event plans
- Help with the installation of lighting, sound systems, and other technical equipment as needed
- Ensure that all event spaces are clean, organized, and presentable before guests arrive
- Collaborate with the event planning team to execute setup plans and timelines effectively
- Assist with the teardown and cleanup of event spaces after the event has concluded
- Pack and store event equipment, decor, and supplies in an organized manner for future use
- Work efficiently and cooperatively with team members to meet setup and teardown deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event setup, teardown, or related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, event décor, furniture, and equipment.
Pick, pack, and stage event materials according to event orders and load sheets.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks for event setup and breakdown.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or damages.
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on event equipment.
Collaborate with the operations and event teams to ensure timely delivery and return of items.
Support special projects and last-minute requests during busy event periods.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or event industry experience preferred but not required.

The Wedding Event Planner oversees all phases of wedding planning, from initial consultation to post-event wrap-up. This includes conceptualizing the event theme, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the couple’s vision is realized flawlessly. The planner acts as the primary liaison between the couple, venue, and service providers, ensuring all details align with the agreed plan and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation and Planning
Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and checklists.
Provide expert advice on venue selection, themes, décor, and entertainment.
Vendor Coordination
Source, negotiate, and contract vendors (e.g., florists, caterers, photographers, musicians).

Budget Management
